Role Description:

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Affiliate Marketer who has experience promoting high-value products and services in both B2B and B2C markets.

FYI: If you cannot use your existing, new or leveraged audience or people, etc. to generate more sales, you don't belong in this position/role. Only Skilled Affiliates 👇

Although we consider experience more, Newbies and adapters are also called to apply.

(If you have B2C/DTC (Business-To-Consumer / Direct-To-Consumer) Sales Experience and would love to transition to B2B (Business-To-Business) And vice-versa. However, you still have to get sales.

The ideal candidate is someone already active in the affiliate space and ready to leverage their network and marketing expertise to drive conversions and generate significant performance-based commissions. The perfect fit will be someone who thrives on performance metrics, is passionate about affiliate marketing, and wants to scale their earnings through promoting top-tier products across industries.

Responsibilities:

- Leverage your existing networks to promote and sell our B2B and/or B2C products/services through performance-based affiliate marketing.

- Drive traffic and conversions using your own marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, blogs, or other innovative methods.

- Work with our marketing and sales teams to understand the value propositions and key selling points of the products/services you are promoting.

- Build and manage promotional campaigns to maximize ROI and sales performance.

- Track your own performance and metrics using our affiliate tracking tools and dashboards.

- Provide insights and feedback to the internal team on what works and what doesn't, contributing to the growth of the affiliate program.

- Continuously optimize your campaigns, using A/B testing, and adjusting strategies based on performance data.

- Stay updated with new affiliate marketing trends and strategies to ensure high levels of success.

Requirements:

- Existing affiliate marketer with proven experience promoting products in B2B and/or B2C markets.

- Strong network and ability to drive traffic and conversions independently through your own marketing channels.

- Experience with performance-based compensation models, where your earnings are tied to results.

- Familiarity with tracking tools, affiliate platforms, and performance metrics.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the internal team and convey feedback effectively.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting performance goals.

Results:

The Affiliate / Performance Marketer will generate significant sales and leads for our products/services, driving measurable success and being compensated accordingly based on performance: "GENERATE MORE SALES"

Location: WFH/Remote

Compensation Type: Pure Commission-Based (% of Sales Generated within a timeframe, paid Bi-Weekly).
