(If you have B2C/DTC (Business-To-Consumer / Direct-To-Consumer) Sales Experience and would love to transition to B2B (Business-To-Business). However, you still have to get sales.

The ideal candidate for the B2B (Business-To-Business) Outbound Sales Specialist role is a proactive and results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B Outbound sales and a strong ability to close deals effectively. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of B2B Outbound sales techniques, and the determination to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are key attributes that contribute to success in this role. Adaptability to evolving sales strategies and market conditions is also essential. While a degree in a related field is beneficial, practical experience and a proven track record in sales are equally valuable.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B prospects/clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, social media, and more.

- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client pain points and requirements.

- Present and demonstrate our products or services, effectively conveying their value and benefits.

- Utilize consultative sales techniques to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and collaborate on closing deals.

- Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for the client and the company.

- Close sales deals and achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, including a demonstrable history of successfully closing deals. (Tech/Software sales, B2B Solutions sales, etc.). How much money have you generated in sales revenue (day, week, month, year) for a company and doing/selling what? pure B2B (Prepare for that question during initial interview)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of B2B sales techniques and a consultative sales approach.

- Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets or quotas.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and market conditions.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-discipline and organization to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

- While a degree in a related field is beneficial, practical experience and a proven track record in sales are equally valuable.

- Bring your own equipment: Noise cancellation headset, good and fast internet, functionable and working laptop/desktop.

- No mobile phones or drugs at work.

Results:

- The B2B Sales And Closing Specialist (Closer) will be a pivotal asset in driving revenue growth for our organization by identifying, nurturing, and successfully closing B2B sales deals. Their work will contribute to our company's bottom line and continued success.

Location: WFH/Remote

Compensation Type: Pure Commission-Based (% of Sales Generated within a timeframe, paid Bi-Weekly).
