Role: B2B (Business-to-Business) Social Seller
Description:
The ideal candidate for the B2B Social Seller role is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and drive sales in a B2B context. They should have a deep understanding of social selling techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social selling strategies to identify and engage with potential B2B clients on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (ex Twitter) as well as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through personalized outreach and engagement tactics.
- Utilize social media listening tools to identify relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Share relevant content, insights, and resources to position oneself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social selling efforts with overall sales objectives and strategies.
- Leverage social media advertising and targeting capabilities to reach and engage with target B2B audiences effectively.
- Track and analyze social selling activities and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social selling best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social selling efforts.
Requirements:
- Recent high school or college graduates with proven to no prior experience in B2B sales or social selling roles with a successful track record of generating leads and driving sales through social media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and social selling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Adaptability to evolving social media trends and industry dynamics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms.
