Role Description:

The ideal candidate for the LeadGen And Appointment Setting Specialist role is a proactive and results-oriented professional with a talent for identifying and nurturing potential leads. Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.

- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand their requirements.

- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.

- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation and appointment setting activities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

- Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment setting targets and quotas.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, with a strong track record.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.

- Persistence and the ability to handle rejection effectively.

- Adaptability to evolving lead generation strategies and market conditions.

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads effectively.

Location: WFH/Remote

Compensation Type: Pure Performance / Commission-Based (Stipend + % of Sales Generated from "Qualified Booked Appointments Show-Ups" within a timeframe, paid Bi-Weekly).
