Role: Social Media Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager role is a strategic and creative professional with a passion for social media marketing and community management. They should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies. Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective collaboration skills are key attributes that contribute to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

- Manage and maintain company social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the performance of campaigns and optimize content strategy.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements:

- Recent high school or college graduates with proven to no prior experience in social media management or related roles with a successful track record.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity in developing engaging content and storytelling.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving social media KPIs and objectives.

- Familiarity with social media management tools and advertising platforms.
